Eligibility

Do you qualify?

  • Qualified healthcare professional in your home country (nursing, caregiving, or allied health)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical or caregiving experience
  • English proficiency (or willing to take IELTS/CELPIP with our support)
  • Clean background and up-to-date immunizations
  • Ready to commit to at least 2 years in your BC role
